I'm eagerly awaiting my copy, which should arrive soon! I was in Rome last October and those artichokes!! I will be away for the first meeting of the cooking/book club, will I be able to join after that?
Can't wait to get this cookbook. Also, I fell in love with Cynar on a trip to LA to see our son in 2020. There was quite a bit of dust on the bottle when I located it, but I've been finding it in more and more bars. Would like to have one to hand for the demo - please send the zoom!
