I heard from a few of you that you were having trouble using the 20% off subscription discount.
I checked into it, and it turns out I’d accidentally clicked a box that only allowed emails from educational institutions (.edu) to subscribe. Huh? I’m honestly not sure how that happened, but suffice it to say: whoopsie!
